MOVIE TYPE: Modern

INTODUCTION: My reason is a technical movie that preaches the act/ways of modern day’s culture. This is an educational movie of a man acting strangely and reason best know to him. (Watch out for MY REASON)

Scene one

            In an open parlour, there is a father and exchanging words;

Chief Kalejaiye: Take……

Daughter (kikelomo): What is this?

Chief Kalejaiye: money or what do you think is this? And you are still asking

Me what is this? It is dollars (angrily).

Daughter (kikelomo): what should I do with this?

Chief Kalejaiye: you can burn it or throw it away, you are not even grateful that I gave you money.

I don’t intend to give you anything, thank your stars that I gave you money to go to school.

Daughter (kikelomo): (shake her head) Daddy it’s been over two weeks I told you that I need 150,000(one hundred and fifty thousand naira).

Chief Kalejaiye: (shaking his head mysteriously)

Kikelomo: and you are giving me around thirty (30,000) or fifty (50,000) thousand naira, what do I do with this?

Chief Kalejaiye: (shout at her) fifty thousand is okay for you, go and manage as students do.

Kikelomo: By the time i pay departmental fee, Faculty fee and others, i will have only two thousand naira left with me.

Chief Kalejaiye: Good!!! Are you not lucky you will have two thousand naira left with you?

(Face in) Mummy Lekan (her step mummy walk through the sitting chair beside the father)

Kikelomo continue her discussion.

Kikelomo: I can’t; I will wear clothes, shoes, and make my hair, daddy it’s not fair, where do you want me to get money from?

Chief Kalejaiye: Oh! Tell me what is fair?

Kikelomo: won’t I change my wardrobe?

(Cut in)

Mummy Lekan: Daddy; I thought we have spoken about this issue, we talk about it, i said anytime our daughter needs anything, you should give her, how much did she request for exactly? And you are acting like you don’t have, insisting that you won’t give her.

Chief Kalejaiye: Sweetheart, because we have discuss this issue amicably that is the reason am giving her this one.

Mummy Lekan: What do you want people to say, that if she is the one that if she is the one that give birth to her, she will not be supporting her husband against her. Don’t you know that this things is coming back to hurt me?

Daddy: Let them say; I don’t care.

Mummy Lekan: How much is the money?

Kikelomo: out of one hundred and fifty thousand, daddy only gives me forty thousand.

Mummy Lekan: come with me.

(Light out)

Scene Two

Light on at Mummy Lekan bedroom….

Mummy Lekan: Take

Kikelomo: Mummy what have I done to offend daddy?

Mummy Lekan: I have told you not worry, I will get to the root of the matter myself. Your father can make someone say something else. Just leaves us alone, add that to the one he gave you and go, use it for what you want to do.

Kikelomo: Thank you ma, mummy why is daddy treating me this way, did he adopted me?

Mummy Lekan: Don’t worry just go and do what you intend doing.

Scene Three

Girls walking alone the campus

Kikelomo and her friends walking out of the campus and discussing about their lecture hard course (cut in)

Blessing: wait a minute, am hungry let (Omo Baba Olowo) rich father daughter take us out for lunch, because my father did not give me money this money and I trust kikelomo because her is very rich.

Kikelomo: please i don’t have money with because my father didn’t give me money this morning even; it was my step mummy only gave me money for bike.

(They all laugh at her while the light is off).

Scene Four

Camera set on Kikelomo sitting at their parlour watching TV series and Lekan (step brother) come into the picture:

Lekan: Sister!

Kikelomo: Lakeside, how are you? Hahaha you are back earlier?

Lekan: we decided to come home since the lecturer release us on time.

Kikelomo: Where is your sister?

Lekan: She’s still doing her usual play inside the car

Kikelomo: Laugh

Lekan: you are enjoying your free lecture week ooo

Kikelomo: What else does u want me to do; I’m always at home anytime i don’t go to school and secondly also enjoy this program on set. It makes sense.

Lekan: yes, I also like the programme.

(Door open and Shade comes into the sitting room)

Shade: Good day.

Kikelomo: Welcome; how are you doing?

                  (Shade pick up the TV remote and trying to change the channel)

Lekan hand stretching out to take the remote from Shade.

Lekan: What do you intend doing? Give me the remote, are you okay at all? Elder Sister is here watching Television and you want to change the channel.

Kikelomo: Smile

Shade: Be patience, she has been home watching television all day, I want to watch Nigeria Top ten musical.

Lekan: looking annoying

Kikelomo: Lekan leave her to watch what she wanted

Lekan: My Sister, don’t tell me to be patient, it is not possible; she’s your younger sister, even if she doesn’t have regards for me.

Kikelomo: Lekan let her be; shade, Lekan if you are set, your food is ready prepare in the kitchen, I want to attend to an issue inside (she walk out of the sitting room)

Argument continue between Lekan and shade

Scene five

      Camera on Kikelomo in her room, sparing her clothes (Door open and her father come into the room with annoying face)

Chief Kalejaiye: Kike!!!

 Kikelomo: Daddy

Chief Kalejaiye: Why are you calling daddy; your sister and brother are doing environmental sanitation in the compound and you are here sparing your clothes.

Kikelomo:  Daddy I have done my own portion, the house chorus have being apportion to each other.

Chief Kalejaiye: you only clean up the kitchen and you are here telling me about house chorus, stand up now before I get on you and join your sibling  and you most make sure that the whole compound is clear including the general toilet well take care of;

Scene Six

Camera on dining table (family dinner with father and the family).

Chief Kalejaiye: looking at the way kikelomo is eating (hatred)

Speak out

Chief Kalejaiye: What’s it that you can’t eat with hitting the plate; what is wrong with you and why are you eating like this? Leave this place now.

(Kikelomo pick her food and left the dining table unhappy)

Scene Seven

(Camera on wide)

Kikelomo move towards the door of the Jeep in the compound with key in her hand.

(Door open and Shade voice heard)

Shade: Aunty Kike, wait! Are you taking the car out?

Kikelomo: Yes.

Shade: Daddy wants to use this car to send Lekan an errand.

Kikelomo: Daddy again, why is daddy doing this to me? I have been begging him for two weeks that I want to take this car out, we have an occasion in school and we were told to look good, I also want to showcase my father’s wealth.

Lekan: walk in…

Shade: Yes Lekan is here, is this not the car daddy wants to send you an errand with?

Lekan: yes daddy asks me to go with this car. But I can still drop you on my way going.

Kikelomo: Don’t worry i will go with bike. Take care.

Scene Eight

Kikelomo and her friends during group studies and she stand up affirm she is set for home.

Scene Nine

        Light on wide set…..

Kikelomo on her way trekking home on the street and she is being harass by three campus guys, one is trying to force her into dating but she abuse them and find her way home.

Scene Ten

   Camera on daddy…

Chief Kalejaiye walking through the parlour with handset with him discussing business assignment with friend and Kikelomo walk into the parlour and show sign of attention to cut her father from phone conversation.

Chief Kalejaiye: Yes; kikelomo what can I do for you?

Kikelomo: I want to see you sir?

Chief Kalejaiye: hope it’s not about money because I don’t any kobo to give any child in this house.

Kikelomo: It’s not about money, but I want to request something else from you.

Chief Kalejaiye: Since it’s not about money, you should sit down (yes)

Kikelomo: Daddy I want to ask you of something? I want to suggest maybe I could move into hostel with my friends because of the stress of going on daily bases and secondly I do miss a lot assignment and important tutorial because am far from school.

Chief Kalejaiye: cut in & Shout

           Shut up! What effrontery. Ok because I allowed you to sit down, that’s the reason why you are telling me nonsense.

Kikelomo: (Mode change)

Chief Kalejaiye: Assuming when you require my attention, I should have chased you away, you will not have that effrontery to challenge my decision (Nonsense). You want to live in the hostel; do you think I don’t have my reason for asking you to be going from home?

Kikelomo: (trying to calm her father and persuading him to accept the proposal)

Chief Kalejaiye: Get out!!! It can’t work (continue with his phone conversation)

Kikelomo: (leaving the sitting room with disappointment)

Light back at Kikelomo room (Kikelomo thinking and asking herself questions and way forwards about her life.)

Scene Eleven

Camera on dining table: daddy taking his breakfast while Mummy Lekan walk into the dinning discussing with him (daddy is ready to travel)

Kikelomo: (walk in from her room) mummy good morning.

Mummy Lekan: Hahaha Birthday girl (tomorrow will be great)

Kikelomo: Thank you ma. Daddy good morning sir.

Chief Kalejaiye: Morning ooo

Mummy Lekan: So, what is the plan for tomorrow because I have makes some arrangement for you.

Chief Kalejaiye: looking at mummy Lekan with discomfort. Where? You want to do birthday in this house; you dear not.

Mummy Lekan: Last year we didn’t celebrate her birthday and you promise to celebrate her this year, even though the money you kept with me, have start using it for preparation for that tomorrow will be great.

Chief Kalejaiye: I didn’t have any kobo to spend on any birthday in-fact, am not travelling again, let me see where you are going to organise that rubbish birthday party.

Kikelomo went back to her room crying….

Kikelomo sobbing and trying to remember her mother on her birthday when she still alive as she do celebrate her big.

Kikelomo: it’s obvious have offended by daddy and he does not want to see me again. I think he does not know how to send me away. (Kikelomo weeping bitterly)

Scene Twelve

         Camera on kikelomo Friends calling her number to know the party venue but she is not picking her calls.

Scene Thirteen

Camera on Lekan opening Kikelomo room but to his surprises’ the room is empty

Lekan: Sister (3*) checking everywhere in the house but to no avail’

Lekan run to their father’s room in order to inform him about the missing sister.

Lekan: Daddy have look everywhere for my sister but she nowhere to be found

Chief Kalejaiye: (not really serious about it) have check everywhere including the rose plant?

Lekan: have checked everywhere Sir.

Chief Kalejaiye starts taking it serious and stands up from his bed and joins the look out.

Scene Fourteen

Kikelomo in her friend’s house.

Bimpe: (Kikelomo friend) what is going to happen now?

Kikelomo: I can’t lie to you, I am so confused, and I can’t talk (her friends were trying to

Condole her and making her cheerful)

Blessing: I have being thinking of something, is it this man you call your father that gave birth to you?

Kikelomo: You didn’t make mistake, he gave birth to me, is my biological father.

Bimpe: Yoruba proverb says; the rain beats the clothes of a person who is not at home.

Blessing: yes o, your mother can’t be alive and your father will be treating like this way.

Kikelomo: Can you believe this, Lekan’s Mother is really trying o (I do listen to her and my daddy fighting over my issue every day. Personally, I can’t just figure out what i did to my father.

Bimpe: I’m thinking we should take her out to enjoy herself.

Blessing: Yes, Today is her birthday and she can’t sit like this having a dull moment.

(Girls Laugh and light out)

Scene Fifteen

Camera on Daddy in the parlour thinking about Kikelomo whereabouts and Bi-camera on kikelomo at her friend’s house also thinking about her life.

(Phone ring) Shade calling…….Kikelomo refuses to pick up the call. …. Kikelomo text to shade (Read ….read ‘My sister I really appreciate your calls but I don’t want anybody to know my whereabouts. Thank you.

Scene Sixteen

Light on Kikelomo reading bible……..

Walk in is Kola Bimpe’s brother trying to toast kikelomo.

Kola: What’s up?

Kikelomo: Am ok.

Kola: so you live here now? Hope there is no problem?

Kikelomo: Kola or what’s your name, don’t you have something to do? What is your business with my life?

Kola: take it easy, it’s not up to that. I just felt about you and seriously I love you, secondly I know you don’t like staying in the Hostel and we are on break that’s why I’m asking hope there is no problem?

Kikelomo:  You have no fault. I blame myself standing here replying this rubbish. By the way, what are you doing in the school Hostel at this time?

(She walks away, while Kola stirs at her for while)

Scene Seventeen

Camera on two workers discussing the assignment given to them to Chief Kalejaiye (Kike’s father). Chief Kalejaiye is giving instruction on the next project at hand.

Scene Eighteen

Camera on Bimpe and Kikelomo in the sitting room

Kikelomo: Bimpe please I want to make a request from you?

Bimpe: What?

Kikelomo: Since we are not on session and you are the one putting food on the table, I will like to join you in your hustle, so that I can also contribute because am tired of staying at home ooo.

Bimpe: You cannot do my work o, even Blessing Join me something, I could not survive three days.

Kikelomo: don’t mind Blessing, she not determine.

Bimpe: and you are determined?

Kikelomo: Yes, I want to work.

Bimpe: Ok, we will start tomorrow.

Kikelomo: Hahaha, thank you my friend.

(Camera off)

Scene Nineteen

Camera on mid-night set

Chief Kalejaiye in deep thought about Kikelomo and Lekan Mummy walk up from sleep and fine him sitting on bed thinking.

Mummy Lekan: Sweetheart! You are not sleeping?

Chief Kalejaiye: I haven’t slept, but I will sleep soon.

Mummy Lekan: we are in the mid of the night?

Chief Kalejaiye: yes

Mummy Lekan: I can remember vividly I slept off around 12:30am and I left you in this position.

Chief Kalejaiye: yes

Mummy Lekan: you were still up and said you will sleep soon. I slept and woke up to meet you like this. What is the time now?

Chief Kalejaiye: 3:45am time have gone o. Once I go to the loo and come out, I will sleep.

Mummy Lekan: Hahaha, Kalejaiye, do u wants to kill yourself?

Chief Kalejaiye: I don’t get you; did I put knife on myself?

Mummy Lekan: is it because of the child we are searching for and haven’t found that’s why you are thinking deeply and singing at night.

Chief Kalejaiye: me.

Mummy Lekan: you were singing, would sound be coming from outside?

Chief Kalejaiye: I? Will not sleep because of a child? Forget it

Mummy Lekan: so what is the problem, making you sing sine yesterday night.

Chief Kalejaiye: I’m bothered about the contract I got to work on a site, I told the labourers to take materials there, one of them told me that the materials are reducing in numbers, I instructed some other people to go there and count it, i also went there myself, only to discovered that they have started stealing the materials thought I have no issue with them stealing it, I just want to confirm the people that are stealing it, is it workers or site engineers? That’s what is really bothering and I will fine solution soon. Which child should I be thinking about?

Mummy Lekan: Tomorrow morning, I will call the doctor to come and check your BP. You said you are not bothered about your child, I understand we both went out yesterday and the day before so when did you go to site? You keep lying, just say it’s because of your child you are bothered.

Chief Kalejaiye: I said it’s not about my child.

Mummy Lekan: You keep on lying, an elder that is lying, you didn’t sleep and I told you we will surely see her.

Chief Kalejaiye: Why won’t I sleep because of a child, is she only one I gave birth to? I have many children; if at all I get worried it should be about the children at home.

(Mummy Lekan got back to sleep and Chief Kalejaiye continue thinking deep about Kikelomo)

Scene Twenty

Camera set on wide

(Bimpe and Kikelomo Selling Gala on the high way including motor hold up)

Bimpe: We thank God today because we make a lot of sales

Kikelomo: In fact, you are trying ooo; you have taught me well, I have sold ten cartoon of gala already.

Bimpe: Ten? Have sold around twelve already. You know what, it we sell two more cartoon let’s go home for today. Tomorrow is another day.

Kikelomo: Ok, am even tired because I didn’t use to this kind of life.

(A man on the bike which is one of Chief Kalejaiye workers saw Kikelomo while selling gala and stop the bike)

Gbenga: Oga stop, who is this? Let me call boss….(dialling Chief Jaiyeola number).

                Hello Sir, good afternoon, i saw your daughter now, she’s selling Gala at the road side.

(Camera on Chief Kalejaiye bed room).

Chief Kalejaiye: my daughter selling gala, hope you know the person your saw?

Gbenga: Yes sir it is Kikelomo; still at the place, because I did not allow her to see me.

Chief Kalejaiye: are you serious about it, ok relax. Help me get the address of where she sale the gala and where she stay. That all for now.

Gbenga: Ok sir.

Chief Kalejaiye: Kikelomo selling gala, how shall this be?

Scene Twenty-one

(Chief Kalejaiye in his sitting room, discussing with two company staff.)

Chief Kalejaiye: There is no problem, what I want from both of you is to be very vigilant; I want you to watch on her 24/7, day and night. This is how you are going to do it, if one person observes her today, and then another person will continue tomorrow. Do live that place for a second. Did u understand?

Both men:  Yes sir.

Gbenga: please I want to confirm something from you.  With the new job you gave us, how are we going to have time for the site?

Chief Kalejaiye: why are you talking like this, I own the site? I have some other engineers who can do the work; you have no business with that, I gave the work you are doing and I own the site contract, if there is anything you are benefiting from the site that I don’t know about; let me know, I will double it for you, so that you mind will be off the site for now and do the work I gave you.

                       One other thing; this should be a secret among the three of us, no third party should hear about this. Ok?

(They nod their heads, signify understanding)

John: Sir, about the secret; I am assuring you that nobody will hear about it.

Chief Kalejaiye: Alright; Thanks

(Door shut as both staff departed)

Chief Kalejaiye: A proverb that implies {the knowledge we used to give birth to a child is not enough to train the child}

Scene Twenty-two

(Camera on wide as Gbenga at the roadside where Kikelomo sells gala)

Gbenga running after road walkers to ask about Kikelomo where about/

Gbenga: Aunty! Please come, where are those people that sell gala over there?

Sister: I do not know why they are this late, because they do not use to come late

Gbenga: i have been here for four hours now. God this is serious, an engineer now a watchman

Sister: should I give you their phone number so you can call them?

Gbenga: No, I will come back.

(Few hours later, Gbenga and John drove in to take Kikelomo home)

Gbenga: Kikelomo, let’s go home

Bimpe: Shout; why are you taking her?

Kikelomo: Bimpe do not shout, they are my daddy’s workers, leave them alone

(They carry her into the car and drive off)
 Scene Twenty-three

Camera on Chief Kalejaiye sitting room comprises of Mummy Lekan, Lekan, Shade, Gbenga, Kikelomo, John, Head of the family and Mummy Lekan’s sister.

Chief Kalejaiye: What kind of child are you, because you were not given a birthday celebration that is why you run away. What is it? Everybody was looking for you.

Kikelomo: Daddy is it not worth it. What did I do to you, birthday is a day of joy for someone, and you turn it into a sad day for me.

Chief Kalejaiye: Shout Up. Look at someone am trying to protect and still accusing me. Today I will tell everyone here what you do not know about my family.   (Chief Kalejaiye went back to a seat)

Chief Kalejaiye: Baba you are welcomes, please come and have your seat here.

Scene Twenty-four

(Door open and Kalejaiye enter into a single room apart with his wife Omolabanke trying to place cup of garri on the table)

Omolabanke: Welcome dear, how was your day?

Kalejaiye: (in a sober mode) hmmm. Am tired of this useless life, you will not believe I trek from Deji working place home.

(Omolabanke come close to him and drag him to one of the chair and try to accomplished him with her hand in his back)

Omolabanke: I do understand but I believed one day, we are going to make it in this struggle

Kalejaiye: crying

Omolabanke: stop crying my love; don’t you have faith in God again?

Kalejaiye: I do

Omolabanke: have you eaten?

Kalejaiye: for where; where is my daughter?

Omolabanke: she is inside sleeping, we did not have much at home, will join me let manage this little garri and fish.

Kalejaiye: Ok thank you, what of my daughter; have she eaten anything today?

Omolabanke: She has eaten the little leftover rice yesterday. My love i have a suggestion if you do not mind, can I say it?

Kalejaiye: go on

Omolabanke: On my way coming from my friend Amope house

Kalejaiye: ok

Omolabanke: Do you know one big house along the fourth street to Amope house?

Kalejaiye: Yes hahaha that mansion with big compound.

Omolabanke: Yes

Kalejaiye: I learn the house belong to former senator.

Omolabanke: Yes, I saw vacancy there, they want a cook and house cleaner. I want you to allow me work there so that we can put food on our table.

Kalejaiye: unhappy with decision (sober); hope this will not affect Kike welfare?

Omolabanke: No, I will only go there to cook, clean the house come back home to take care of my family, I believe one day God will intervene in our issue.

Kalejaiye: no problem, if I have work now, why will my wife go for house cleaner job; This life.

Camera on Hon. Bantale Coker standard duplex, Omolabanke walk through the main gate.

Omolabanke: (knocking the entrance gate) Good morning sir.

Gateman: Who is that knocking the gate? Morning and how can I help you?

Omolabanke: My name is Omolabanke, I saw a vacancy here looking for a house cleaner and Chef.

Gateman: Do you think you can do this work because my boss is very wicked and harsh type o.

Omolabanke: Do not worry sir, let me meet him.

Gateman: ok, you can come inside. Follow that path, his sitting at the flower guide there.

Omolabanke: thank you (move toward Hon. Coker)

Omolabanke: Good day sir,

Hon. Coker: how can I help you?

Omolabanke: My name Omolabanke, I live forth street to this place and I saw a vacancy outside about the house help.

Hon. Coker: have you do house help before?

Omolabanke: yes sir.

Hon. Coker: Hope you are not stealing?

Omolabanke: No sir.

Hon. Coker: You can start tomorrow.

Omolabanke: Thank you sir.

Scene Twenty-six

Camera on Kalejaiye and Landlord asking for 13 months house rent due.

Kalejaiye: Oga landlord, I beg you in the name of God, give me more time to find your money.

Landlord: what kind of beg are you begging, for the past one year, you have not pay dine?

Kalejaiye: I know baba, have being working great on the money and immediately I got the money I will pay up.

Landlord: Am giving you two weeks to pay my money or you vacate my house.

(The Landlord leaves the compound with annoyance and meets Omolabanke on her way back from work).

Omolabanke: Dear is that not Landlord speaking to himself while going?

Kalejaiye: Yes, he came to ask about the house rent, even given us two weeks to pay or pack out.

Omolabanke: Two weeks? Where did he expect us to see that kind of money? My dear let go inside.

(Light out)

Scene Twenty-Seven

Camera on Hon. Coker sitting room and Omolabanke enter the sitting room from the kitchen.

Omolabanke: well-done Sir.

Hon. Coker: Thank you,

Omolabanke Do u needs anything (like juice or what).

Hon. Coker: am good but Water will be ok.

Omolabanke: Ok sir.

Omolabanke: This is it sir.

Hon. Coke: ok.

Omolabanke: I will like to discuss an issue with you sir.

Hon. Coker: come and have your seat.

Omolabanke: Thank you sir. (Went on her knee) it has being past one year that we could pay our rent because my husband lost his job and the Landlord have request us to pay the money within two weeks. Am asking if i could get advance three months salary to settle the debt?

Hon. Coker: What! Do you think i run a charity home here? You want me to pay you for service you have not rendered. Who told you that you would be here in the next three months? Get out of my sighted before I do the worse.

(Omolabanke stand up and rush to the kitchen crying) light out.

Scene Twenty-Eighteen

Camera on Omolabanke cleaning Hon. Coker room.

Omolabanke: What is this? (She move closer to a briefcase behind the wardrobe) Hahaha Money; (she want to rush out but later rethink about her family situation and got back to pick the money)

Scene Twenty-Nine

Camera on Kalejaiye in deep thought about his poverty life.

Door open

Omolabanke: Evening honey.

Kalejaiye: You are welcome dear, what is that briefcase in your hand? Did your Boss send you an errand?

Omolabanke: No (move closer to her husband and open the briefcase)

Kalejaiye: Hahaha Money!

Omolabanke: Keep quite.

Kalejaiye: Where do you see this money?

Omolabanke: Just take this money and let start a new life

(Knock on the door with a loud voice Hon. Coker at the door)

Hon. Coker: Labanke open this door before I break it

Omolabanke: (Shelving and Open the back window and ask the Kalejaiye and Kikelomo run away)

Kalejaiye: (jump through the window and Kikelomo along the briefcase)

Door open

Omolabanke: Good evening Sir,

Hon. Coker: Where is my money?

Omolabanke: understand; which money are you talking of?

Hon. Coker: Officer this is the woman, do your job.

Police Officer: Madam you have to follow us to our station for questioning. Please move.

Camera towards the back window setting on Kalejaiye moving quickly with Kikelomo and a black brief case via another street.

Camera on dark wide room.

Police Officer: Madam you think u are smart abi. Where did u keep Chief money.

Omolabake: i did not take his money, God is my witness

Police Officer: I know u are stubborn and am also ready for u. (Beating her hardly)

DCO: walk in, Officer has she confess?

Police Officer: She is proving difficult sir.

DCO: Madam you are not helping yourself, see the way you are being beating and you fail to confess and return Chief’s money.

Kalejaiye: What is that u saying honey, we are one and we will overtake this challenge, Kikelomo is our only daughter and I believe we shall take good care of her together.

Omolabake: (whispering on his ears, speaking seriously about the money) do u understand?

Kalejaiye: Hahaha what do u mean? I think you need some rest now. Let me go home and cook for our daughter.

Nurse Bimbo: Good Morning madam and how was your night; hope you sleep well (checking on her but she find her not responding). Madam!!! Doctor!!!

(Doctor Paul along the Police officer in guide rush in to find out what is going on.)

Doctor Paul: What is the matter?

Nurse Bimbo: pointing at the woman

Doctor Paul: rush towards the bed and checked her, only to discover that she is dead.

                       Officer am sorry, we lost her.

Police Officer: What?

Kalejaiye sister: hmmmm this life is strange, just like that, my brother wide is no more

Kalejaiye: hahaha cannot still believe my wide is gone. You left me alone with our daughter (crying continue)

Pastor: Stop crying sir, have u forgot u are the man in the house. What is next now is the burial ceremony and sue that chief in question.

Bosun: Friend it have being four years your lost your wife and I think is high time to give another woman a chance in your life because you are not getting younger. Take for instance; your daughter need parent cares, which you cannot give.

Chief Kalejaiye: After six month of that discussion with my friend, I meant Mummy lekan in a super market, I woo her, and after sometime I introduce her to Kikelomo and they both like each other and we get married. After 12 years of marriage.

                        On my way from work one day, my car was fault and i decide to take cab home, on getting home.

                         I meant the entrance gate wide open and I  try to look for Alani the gate keeper but could not find him, so I decide to go inside the house, on my way to the master bedroom, I heard a voice from my room, which happen to be my wife and Alani on my matrimonial bed having sex  with my wife and hear them discussing about setting Kike up in  school and Alani is telling her about their children welfare and how to get the property to themselves. Immediately I left the house went to a bar near the street.

Pastor: Chief please waits! Mummy Lekan I want to ask u some questions; all your husband is saying, are they true?

Mummy Lekan: ammmm, Pastor just help me beg him, it is the devil doing (Going on her kneel) just help me beg him.

Pastor: Chief I want begs u in the name of God.

Chief Kalejaiye: That is not all ooo, when i get to the bar i meant one of my area son then at our area, he told me  that she one of mummy Kike friend in the area and she had three children to one guy now at prison where she set him up and cook up with me.

Pastor:  Jesus Christ!

Chief Kalejaiye: (went to the door and open door for three police officers.)

                        Officer this is the person you are here to arrest.

Officer: Madam you are under arrest for the death of one Mr Robinson and false accusation to One Mr Kasali Aderigbigbe.

(Police walk her out and the children follow her out)

Kikelomo: (start to cry and run to her daddy) Am sorry sir, I did not know I thought u do not like me.

Chief Kalejaiye: I Love u so much but I was trying to protect you since, I know how dangerous she is. Everything I have belonged to u.

Kikelomo: Thank u sir. I love u so much.
